… not literally of course … we've just moved across the street.
After more than 3 and a half successful years in operation and 3 years in our Queen Street East location,
Simply Home closed it's storefront on Sunday March 27th. We have amalgamated with our spacious
sister store, M.A.D. ... across the street at 989 Queen Street East.
Simply Home will always be represented by the comfortable country style aesthetic that will follow over to
M.A.D. There will now be an opportunity for owner, Brenda Sexsmith to fulfill
some more of her dreams. One being the creation of a handmade textile line with additions of other handmade
cushions and throws.
The vibe at M.A.D. is industrial / mid century / funky and now there will be an
injection of country, truly MAD! Of course, we will still carry our line of bath & beauty products by KIBO
and our popular, locally handcrafted reclaimed wood benches, consoles and dining tables.
It will be a work in progress and is just one more exciting adventure.
